They will help you through everything if you need it. I have not heard great things about Shiva tech support. The GatorBox configuration software is supposed to be substantially easier than the FastPath. The new GatorBox CS is supposed to be even easier than the old GatorBox. Unless there is an overwhelming reason someone can give to go with the FastPath, I don't know why you would go with other than the GatorBox.
