Also I can't refuel or connect with the mother ship. This is what happens when you run and use a copy of the master disk to verify with. I hate using a master disk, so I tried to make a backup and use that when the game asks you for your master disk (this was while I was waiting for my registration code to come in the mail). Sure enough, you can't kill anything and nothing can hurt you.
