I'm looking for some good reference materials on modifying itl2
resources to customize sorting order.  In wading through Inside Mac
volume VI I'm finding the information very scattered and difficult to
follow.  Has anyone found another source of (hopefully more focused)
information?  If so, please email the location of that info to me or
post it here if there's a general interest in it.
