It's called Switch and the latest version I've seen includes the hide feature (v 1.2) I found the original version in comp.sys.mac.apps and the author just mailed me the new version hot off the press (or whatever) The hiding feature works by holding the option key down while clicking the menu-bar icon. Although Switch does have a hot-key switching feature, the hiding doesn't work with it. Hey, I like it.
