	I have found that scrolling on my LC w/ 13" Hi-Res monitor was very
	slow.  That is until I tried the System 7.0 compatible version of
	Scroll2.  Scrolling now seems to be TWO TIMES FASTER.  The 3D System
	7.0 scrollbar are nice, but I like the faster scrolling much more.
	BTW: The latest version of Scroll2 that I know of is available on
	mac.archive.umich.edu:/mac/system.extensions/cdev/scroll2.1b5.cpt.hqx
