I've got 14 Tower 32/600's with the old Disks, Streaming tapes, and controlers. The streaming tapes only hold 45MB of data. We're currently backing up between 30 and 40 Meg everyday. In the next few months, we'll be adding a new module to the package we're using (BASS's RBX), and this will almost certainly push us over the 45MB limit. An upgrade to SCSI tape is a expensive proposition - and it's been determined that it's too expensive (dutch MIS director wants 2 more years from them.) Is there a streaming tape compatible with my old controller that is capable of more than 45MB (maybe a 60 or 80MB model?) -- sleepy@wybbs.uucp Michael Faber
