The keyboard definition facility of the 3270 LAN workstation program (WSLAN), does not allow one to associate a keytop with either the "[" or "]" keys, saying that they are "not valid EBCDIC code points". This may technically be true, however numerous other emulators have permitted it. In fact, when viewing a file containing these characters, they are displayed as a 'u' with an umlaut and an 'n' with a cedilla (and these ARE valid EBCDIC code points?) Does anyone know the internal format of the .NPL files needed to allow the '[' and ']' to be used? Bob Shields vbob@umd5.umd.edu -- Bob Shields vbob@umd5.umd.edu
