While in X, hit the little interupt switch in back (note: no special setenv's in the monitor). The machine breaks to monitor, normally, except that keyboard input is really flaky: type one character, it shows up fine, type "continue" reasonably fast, and it looks something like cocnonttinniuuee, and is interpreted as such. looks like a bug to me. --david
