Access to the disk on a DECSystem 5400 is extremely slow through NFS. Someone suggested that I use the rsize=2048 option in fstab. I tried this and it did not fix the problem. We decided to wait until we upgraded the DECSystem to 4.1 as well. This did not solve the problem. I am going to call DEC, but if anyone else has any suggestions, please we can use all the help we can get. Thanks. -- Kevin Hudson (Kevin Hudson) hudson@dragon.cpe.ulowell.edu Dis-clamor: QUIET !!!!!!!
