I just got Mtools from CompuServe ( :-( ), and compiled it A-OK under
SCO Xenix 386.  I don't know what I ever did without Mtools.  If
you're tired of waiting for doscp to finish, download Mtools in the
meantime.  Thanks again to Emmet Gray.
