Keywords: cron, crontab Message-ID: <3472@crdos1.crd.ge.COM> Date: 25 Jun 91 20:21:50 GMT Reply-To: davidsen@crdos1.crd.ge.com (bill davidsen) Distribution: na Organization: GE Corp R&D Center Lines: 16 I installed a new disk drive last weekend, and ever since then some of my cron jobs have been running using GMT instead of EDT. I just noted my 8pm daily incremental dump running at 4pm, which is how I caught it. I *think* it's just the jobs for root, even more interesting, but I won't be sure until tomorrow morning. Does this ring a bell with anyone? The job might also be running at the correct time, but I won't know that until tomorrow, either. There was a problem some years ago with things getting run twice, I wonder if this has something to do with it. -- bill davidsen (davidsen@crdos1.crd.GE.COM -or- uunet!crdgw1!crdos1!davidsen) GE Corp R&D Center, Information Systems Operation, tech support group Moderator comp.binaries.ibm.pc and 386-users digest.
