Unfortunately, PC/GEOS is not yet an environment for which you can 
program... the developers, in my opinion, made a terrible error in not 
releasing programmer's tools with the environment.  I am sure they would 
like to have tools out there, but they must not have had the resources.  A
SDK is promised...
