	Can someone please explain to me how Q&E written by Pioneer Software
running on my pc with PCNFS, sets up a link with the Oracle database running 
on a H.P 9000/800 via a TCP/IP network. I understand that SQL*Net will be 
on the sever end, but dosn't it need to be installed on the client (the pc) 
also.
	Has anybody used Q&E with such a setup? Does anybody have any comments
on Q&E...?
