It runs under windows and is supposed to provide many (all??) the features of PhotoShop. I THINK I read somewhere that Aldus (?) had acquired marketing rights. I'm not so sure what 24-bit has to do with it. PhotoShop runs (and looks) great on a Mac with an 8-bit card.
