Subject: Qemm Win & Dos memory problems

I am running windows with qemm 5.12, I find I only get about 400k available
for dos programs.  When running the same setup but using himem and not
loading anything high, I get about 500.  the differece seems to come from
100 k at the bottom of the convensional memory that qemm somehow keeps
windows from using properly.  I have tried using the exclude switch with
qemm but have not make any differece.  Any sugguestions?
