Hewlett-Packard AdvanceLink for Windows includes a DDE server and
can operate up to 19.2KBPS.  It offers full functionality with all
windows modes (real,  standard, enhanced) and supports RS-232,  X.25
and LAN (Telnet, BAPI) interfaces.  File Transfer is supported
using XMODEM or one of two protocols optimized for HP 9000 and HP 3000
systems.  I beleive that the same product is also offerred by 
TymLabs under the "Sessions" name.
