After hearing about a program from Microsoft that can give you some
info about UAE in Windows, I jumped on to a simtel shadow and pulled
off drwatson.zip.

I unpacked it and got two files - drwatson.txt & drwatson.exe.  So what
is the first line in "how to install" in the text file?  Move copies
of drwatson.exe AND toolhelp.dll to your windows directory and ...

Now, no dll came with the zip file, I can't find any on simtel or
cica shadows, it isn't on the Windows install disks & I can't find
it in the SDK, so does anyone know where it is?
