No need for fancy software. Procomm can do it. The 
magic is on the other end. Our setup at IU allows 
three separate sessions on up to 3 separate machines 
(not just Unix either, VMS and VM machines are on
the same network), switching between sessions is 
handled by hitting the break key, which brings up
a session menu.
