I have written an install program. It has conditional code in it
that supports dos and Windows. However, when run under windows, 
I get a "System Error reading Drive A" whenever a new disk is
inserted into drive "A:". I suspect that Windows may be caching the
disks contents or something. Anyone have any hints ?

(I am using OpenFile) and have tried various file i/o routines.
