Lines: 34 I recently received the latest (3.0) release of island paint for openwin (the motif one is in the mail...). When I run it on X11R4/twm on a sparc or NCD17c/TWM the canvas comes out black (it should be white) and it is unusable. When I run it on X11R4/olwm (ver 2.0) or NCD17c/olwm, the program behaves correctly, but the colortable swaps in and out as I enter and leave the window, despite the fact that the first 10 or so colors in the map (used by root and title-bars are unchanging and there seem to be plenty of entries available. This causes anoying flashes. When I run it on openwin/olwm, it works correctly and it leaves the colortable in when I move the cursor out (the desired behavior). What can I do to get this to work properly with twm? What can I do to prevent (apparently unnecessary) colortable swapping under X11R4/olwm? Please send mail as I rarely get the chance to read this list. Thanks Web -- Dr. Webster Dove Lockheed Sanders Inc. Mgr. Special Computing Systems 144 Daniel Webster Hwy.
