Question:  Does anybody know of articles and/or books talking
about the subject of geometry & layout management.  I am
interested in things like the Motif Form widget, the Table
widget, and the layout management in Interviews.  I have the
ftpable papers from interviews.stanford.edu and they have
been somewhat useful, but too focussed on that implementation
to be very useful.
