I would like to get information on the most recent version of 
the Management Services Application Programming Interface 
document.  

It was put out by the Management Services Interface Working 
Group.

Questions:
1) Is work still continuing on it.
2) Chances of it becoming a standard.
3) Does it support SNMP getnext operator, or is it more geared 
   towards CMIP.
4) Document and site name, where I can get a copy of the most
   recent version by sending a mail request.
