        Sorry to hear about this.  How did it happen?  How old is
your son?

        I broke my neck at C5-6, 32 years ago at the age of 18
when diving into a shallow lake.  Down let it get your son down.
I went on to graduate from college, teach school, get married,
and travel quite a bit.  John and others on here will share their
experiences too.

        I have visited Craig and it is truly a fine
rehabilitation center.  If any of us can help in any way just
yell, because we got a half century of experience, and more,
between us.

        Hang in there.
