Hi John,

   That's probably why you connected it at the highest speed which
they connected at 300 baud.  Try to change 300 baud, half duplex,
and non-linefeeds.  The # is (301)  262-1629 TDD/ASCII.  Sometimes,
it answers the TDD.  I called them few times and it mostly connected
at 300 baud (ASCII).

   I got the information from Jack O'Keefe that he left for someone.
