Nancy, I am sure you are referring to a state convention when you mentioned a
convention with three dog guide users?  'cause, national conventions have a
bunch.  I'm sorry--and I don't wanna know where you're from--but that state is
behind the times--NFB nor individual dog users would approve of making dog
guide users feel out of place.
