Well, Tandy, I can't say about the NFB, but people do attend the ACB convention that are not members as you well know since you are not a member and attended. I have never heard anyone say that you need to be a member to attend. You are suppose to have to register to get a nametag to go into the eshibits, but have I have never seen it inforced. This is only done for security reasons, because some exhibitors have been stolen from.
