does anyone know if macmillan fg to bird identification (a difficult-species guide for europe) and birds by character (also, i think, published by macmillan, a guide to 'jizz') are available from any dealers this side (the western) of the atlantic?  i'm too cheap to buy them from sotheran's in london.  best thanks.
