Hello -

My taste buds have been yearning for a type of chocolate cake that I
just can't seem to find anywhere.  I've never had it before, but I can
envision it clearly.  I'd like a very rich chocolately cake that's
extremely moist (perhaps a chocolate mayonnaise cake?) with a chocolate
pudding-like filling.  I'm not clear on what the topping should be.
Something not too sweet. But it should be creamy and have substance.
Can anyone help me out?  I'd like to make it one night this week.
