 I'm looking for the recipe for a Chinese pastry called crystal banana
 cake. It is made from stickey rice flour, banana flavoring, sugar, and
 red bean paste or red dye. I saw in it a dim sum cookbook once, but I
 considered the book overpriced and didn't get it.
