does anyone have a recipe for gnocchi? i mean the kind from north italy
that is potato-based, not just sticky flour. i had it when i stayed
with some friends in milan a few years ago and have never been able to
find a recipe that matched what i had there.

it was basically just mashed potatoes with enough flour to hold it
together, but i know there are some vital ingredients i am missing...

your help is appreciated!
