June 26, 1991 at 07:00 EDT, UIUC/NCSA will be installing
a new router on the FDDI ring to peer with the T3 ENSS
at Champaign, IL.  We anticipate that the installation will
go smoothly, but wanted to alert you to the fact that
there will be activity at ENSS 129 (Champaign, IL) between
07:00 and 09:00 EDT.
