    Has anyone developed any extensions to the NASA tool NETS for developing
neural network applications using the backprop algorithm?  I am particularly
interested in extensions for translating the numerical output of the
network into text that is intelligible to the end-user of the application,
but would be interested in hearing about other extensions as well.
