TAPCIS53.ZIP    TAPCIS ver 5.3, off-line reader for Compuserve

TAPCIS automates the use of CompuServe and, in the process, reduces
connect time to a minimum. The time consuming tasks of reading or
replying are done using the facilities of your own computer where the
computer time is "free."

In the single zip file, I have included both the executables and
documentation, which were in separate files on compuserve.  I
downloaded these files from the TAPCIS conference on Compuserve on
approx June 20/91.  This program is Shareware.
