I have been trying to get the SIMIBM.ARC SIMTEL file list from the
mail servers (vm1.nodak.edu and vm.ecs.rpi.edu).  In each case, I
have received only the first 3 or 4 (of 10) parts.  Any speculation
as to why this is happening?  My mail goes through cpl (at UC-Irvine), 
so the link between me and cpl is the only one that is not internet.
