I have obtained Henry Minsky's excellent-looking Netfax software, and
am now trying to rustle up some hardware.

I called Everex and apparently their fax modem is only available in
the US and Scandinavia.  UK approval "next year, possibly"

a) Does anyone else make a fax modem compatible with EIA-592 (Class 2)?

b) Does anyone have one of these beasties who can describe the line
   interface to me & thereby give me some feel for whether a US model
   would work here in the UK? (Unapproved, of course!)
