Any person who fails to relinquish any telephone or telephone line which the person is using when informed that such phone or line is needed for an emergency call commits a simple misdemeanor. 727.6 Falsely Claiming Emergency Any person who secures the use of a telephone or telephone line by falsely stating that such telephone or line is needed for an emergency call commits a simple misdemeanor.
