Is there a version of GNU Emacs for VMS which has a working "dired" program?

On mine, "dired" doesn't work because it depends on the existence of the "ls"
command, which of course doesn't exist in VMS.  Before I try to customize
"dired" for VMS, I thought I'd see if someone else has done it already.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
