I posted to the next asking for a 40pt Hiragana font a while back.  I was
able to acquire a 26 pt Kanji/hiragana/katakana font from J. Okajima in
Japan. I have made this font available for anonymous ftp from
speclab.cr.usgs.gov:pub/fonts

In that directory is the bdf file kanji26.bdf contaning all 6800
characters.  (making the file over 1 Meg when uncompressed.) I have
broken off the hiragana into hiragana26.bdf.

Please limit ftp access to evenings Moutain Time, as we have a very slow 
net link.
