Hello world (you can tell I'm new to this),  I have a request.

I am looking to create a list of software tools that can provide support in any
fashion to user interface designers/developers or anybody involved in HCI
support for software development.

This could include:
- UIMS
- Design aids
- prototyping tools
- predictive tools
- software development tools that emphasise or support UI design in some way.

etc.

The only proviso is that these be commercially available in the UK. Any
platform, etc. is okay.
