Does anyone know of a pretty printer program for formatting C++
source code?  I've looked in the C++ Products and Books List
posted by Jean-Cristophe Collet (well done - good stuff!), but
the closest it comes is something to make attractive Latex from
C++.  Ideally, I'd like an "indent++", similar to the C "indent"
program on SunOS.
