FOO C@ : The value on the stack at the end of the sequence will not be a well-formed flag unless the size of a character and the size of a cell are the same (odd, but legal). On any ASCII Standard system (assuming we get there) the result would be treated by IF as true. Citing 4.0790 true : " A 'true' flag returned by a standard word is a single- cell value with all bits set."
