Actually it's version 3.01, and I did the same thing. I was reading through the manuals, and wanting to do a few things with the TSR and comm stuff and couldn't find them anywhere on my system, yet I know I installed everything.  So I called JPI up asked them about it, and it was left off of the 3.00 disks for some reason.
