I need the following information:
	(a):  MS-DOS perl latest supportable working version
	      -- where to get etc.
	(b):  Any documentation for the above, traps and pitfall
	      or things that may need to be done differently under
	      MS-DOS perl as opposed to other operating system versions.
        (c):  Any useful explaination for the following errors
              and how they can be avoided:
		Out of memory!
                ...
	        exec: Failure on resize
		Memory allocation error
		Cannot load COMMAND, system halted
