	The two major commercial vendors are TMA and Silvaco. TMA can
be reached at (415)327-6300 and Silvaco at (408)988-2862, if my aging
memory serves me right.

	Pisces variants are among the simulation tools used by process 
and device engineering/R&D groups in the silicon chip-making industry
(since someone wanted to know.)
