	I am trying to create a mailing list for a national organization.
What I want to be able to do is have individuals mail me, and if their subject
line matches a keyword like 'subscribe', their address is appended to the
list.  The problem is that I have no idea where to find the software to perform
such a task and I'm not sure how to write a program to do this for me.  I 
would appreciate any help I can get.
