We have mail server here at garbo.uwasa.fi (128.214.12.37). Send email
to mailserv@garbo.uwasa.fi with  Subject  line as 'garbo-request'  and
the message   body  as  'send   help'.  We   have  elm   available  as
unix/elm23/elm.2.3.PL11.tar.Z
