Howdy OO'ers,

This probably is a FAQ, but...

I'm seeking references to papers and books on OO design environments.
I have read the book, _Designing Object-Oriented Software_ by
Wirfs-Brock et al (Prentice-Hall, 1990, ISBN 0-13-629825-7) and liked
it very much.

I am interested in what others' research has come up with regarding
these OO design environments.  I would be interested in software
that has been written to support the OO design task, especially if
the software runs under X windows, or some derivative of X.

Thanks in advance!  I will cheerfully sumarize if there is sufficient
interest.
