I was just wondering if there exists anything like the following: A windows system like X-windows but using ascii characters. I realise that there is mini-X, but I don't have a 386. I just think that it would be nice to have something like a windows system so that one could monitor two processes at once. By that I mean that you could watch a make at work while looking at a directory listing. Just a thought for a dreary weekend. If in fact such a thing exists, I would be most appreciative for the whereabouts of it. Have fun, Davidius.
