	I want to know that if I have two 386's with ethernet cards, is
there some way that I can transfer files between them over ethernet (a
PD program would be BEST!).  I have copies of NCSA telnet and the clarkson
version of NCSA telnet, but they only allow the PC to act as a SERVER...

My ethernet cards are Western Digital.
