I typed 'make' knowing full-well that it wouldn't work -- I was right. Anyway, I recently saw a posting related to this. Does anyone have an executable? I'm kinda desperate, but the commercial converters cost around $550... I will pay the *first* person $100 for the PC executable, as I said I am desperate! Thanks to one and all.
